I've spent over 20 years at the heart of the global re/insurance industry — most recently as Global Head of Reinsurance Strategy and Chief of Staff to the CEO of Reinsurance at Swiss Re; and before that advising on large M&A transactions, IPOs, direct private equity, corporate venture capital (CVC) and strategic partnerships. I started my professional career at PwC.
What I kept seeing were the same gaps: between capital and opportunity, between innovation and scale, between strategy and execution. I co-founded Rift Partners to bridge them.

For over 20 years I've worked where banking, re/insurance, and development finance meet. I started my career in banking and have since worked for several global insurers and reinsurers — most recently building Swiss Re's emerging-consumer and public-sector business across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
My work has always lived at the meeting point of public and private — mobilising capital where it's needed most. I co-founded Rift Partners to bring that purpose together with entrepreneurial instinct: as a business angel, I know what it takes to back bold ideas and turn them into impact.
